Q: WHERE CAN I BUY WOLFWISE PRODUCT?
A: You can only buy on our website and Amazon for now, but more channels will be available in the near future. Please keep an eye on our news updates.
Q: WHERE DOES WOLFWISE SHIP TO?
A: Currently our website mainly ships to the United States. And we also provide the shipment to the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain and Italy if you order the product from our Amazon store.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: We provide you with a 30 day hassle-free return service. You can return for refund or replacement within the period provided the product is unused, and in original condition. For more details, please refer to return policy page.

Q: CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
A: We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us soon if you need to modify or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel or modify on your behalf after the order has been shipped.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Q: WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
